Questa pagina spiega come Holy Radish tratta i dati personali di chi visita holyradish.com, come richiesto dall’art. 13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). In breve: il sito non usa statistiche, pubblicità, profilazione né moduli. Trattiamo solo i dati tecnici indispensabili per far funzionare il sito e quelli che scegli di inviarci per email.

Finalità del trattamento, base giuridica e conservazione

1. Far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo

Quali dati: dati tecnici registrati automaticamente dai server quando apri una pagina (indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, pagina richiesta, data e ora).
Perché: mostrarti le pagine, garantire la sicurezza del sito e prevenire abusi. Non li usiamo per identificarti.
Base giuridica: nostro legittimo interesse a offrire un sito funzionante e sicuro (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
Per quanto tempo: per il periodo limitato previsto dalle policy del fornitore di hosting (Netlify), dopodiché vengono cancellati.

2. Rispondere a chi ci scrive

Quali dati: il tuo indirizzo email, il nome se lo indichi e il contenuto del messaggio.
Perché: risponderti e dare seguito alla tua richiesta (stampa, eventi, collaborazioni, giocatori).
Base giuridica: esecuzione di misure richieste da te (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) o nostro legittimo interesse a rispondere a chi ci contatta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
Per quanto tempo: per il tempo utile alla conversazione; poi le email vengono cancellate, salvo che la legge (ad esempio in materia fiscale) ci imponga di conservarle più a lungo.

3. Guardare il trailer

Il trailer è un video YouTube in modalità privacy avanzata (youtube-nocookie.com): nulla viene caricato da YouTube finché non premi play. Da quel momento Google riceve dati come l’indirizzo IP e può salvare cookie sul tuo dispositivo, in qualità di titolare autonomo: quei dati non arrivano a noi. 4. Link ad altri siti

I link a Steam, YouTube, Google Drive (press kit), Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Bluesky, X e LinkedIn portano a siti con proprie informative. Visitare questo sito non condivide nulla con loro.

Sei obbligato a fornire i dati?

No. I dati tecnici della navigazione sono necessari solo per mostrarti il sito. Scriverci è una tua scelta: senza il tuo indirizzo email, però, non possiamo risponderti.

Chi tratta i dati per nostro conto e trasferimenti fuori dall’UE

Netlify, Inc. (hosting) e Google (posta elettronica) trattano i dati per nostro conto come responsabili del trattamento, anche fuori dall’Unione europea, in particolare negli Stati Uniti. I trasferimenti si basano sulle garanzie previste dal GDPR (clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea o decisioni di adeguatezza), come indicato nei loro accordi sul trattamento dei dati. Non vendiamo né cediamo dati a terzi, non effettuiamo profilazione e non prendiamo decisioni basate unicamente su trattamenti automatizzati.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità e opporti al trattamento basato sul nostro legittimo interesse (artt. 15–22 GDPR), scrivendo a holyradish.studio@gmail.com o alla PEC holyradish@pec.it. Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali o all’autorità del Paese UE in cui vivi.

Se il sito cambia (per esempio se aggiungiamo una newsletter o strumenti di statistica) aggiorneremo questa pagina e la data indicata in alto.

This page explains how holyradish.com handles personal data, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”). In short: this site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no forms. We only see what you choose to send us.

What data, why, and for how long

1. Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. To deliver the pages and keep them secure, the hosting servers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, date and time. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept by the provider for a limited period, according to its own policies.

2. Writing to us

If you email us, we receive your address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request (press, events, collaborations, players). Legal basis: steps you ask us to take, or our legitimate interest in answering (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep these emails for as long as the conversation is useful, then delete them, unless we must keep them for legal or tax reasons. Our email is provided by Google.

3. Watching the trailer

The trailer is a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, Google receives data such as your IP address and may store cookies on your device; from that moment Google is responsible for that data. 4. Links to other sites

Links to Steam, YouTube, Google Drive (press kit), Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Bluesky, X and LinkedIn take you to sites with their own privacy policies. Nothing is shared with them just by visiting this page.

Who processes data for us

Netlify (hosting) and Google (email) process data on our behalf as data processors. Both may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States; in that case transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, as set out in their data processing agreements. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decisions.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format (arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to holyradish.studio@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

If the site changes (for example, if we add a newsletter or analytics) we will update this page and the date above.
